Victorian Terrace Loft Conversion in Sheffield
Our client wished to create an additional bedroom freeing up space for guests. During the project it was essential disruption was kept to a minimum to keep family life moving as usual.
Working with our structural engineer we were able to find a solution using only 1 steel to support the loft floor.
After previously being told they would require a sprinkler system, following intensive research (by us) we found a result that pleased both the building inspectors and our client’s budget, by adding additional fire doors.
Butterworth & Martin completed the loft in 5 weeks ready for decoration and our client is already feeling the benefits of the new roof insulation!
